Our Red Seal Executive Chef Roberto and his culinary team provide nutritious and delicious meals to our residents. Chef Roberto is a Federal member of The Canadian Culinary Federation and the Membership Director of Edmonton Chefs Association. He prepares the finest food for our seniors, 95% from scratch! He comes with a wealth of experience cooking for seniors as well as high-end hotels from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and nowhere in Canada. Chef Roberto demonstrates daily his passion for cooking and his passion for leading and mentoring his team so our residents receive the most exceptional feasts and dining experience.
