Paul Setter, Head Chef

Our Head Chef, Paul, knew creating delicious food was his calling from a young child. Paul comes with a vast array of experience in various venues as Head Chef. His talents are showcased with multiple Gold and Bronze Metal Plate competition awards, he has also earned his Certification in Food Safety and was nominated 'Manager of the Year' at River Cree Resort where he managed a kitchen of 50 staff.  Paul shows great pride and leadership amongst his team and is truly dedicated to the finest dishes being served in the Bristol Dining Room for our residents and guests to enjoy.
 
Chef appreciates meeting with our residents once a month to hear their feedback on the dishes being served.  It is not easy to please everyone, but he listens patiently to their thoughts and suggestions and is open to new and fresh ideas.
